For air taxi, eVTOL, and Part 135 operators

Operator Portal

Verified passenger demand by city and route — direct from the eVTOL.Travel waitlist. Built for operators preparing for 2026–2028 commercial launch.

What you get inside the dashboard

Demand intelligence designed for the operators who will actually fly the routes — not vanity dashboards.

Verified passenger demand

Double opt-in email-verified passengers, segmented by city and origin/destination route, with the lead-city signal that flags markets crossing the partner-ready threshold.

Route + city matching

Tell us your service regions and aircraft models. We surface the routes from our 98+ tracked vertiports and 50+ launch cities that match your operation, prioritized by demand density.

Lead-city alerts

Get notified the moment a city in your service area crosses the partner-ready demand threshold — including the FAA eIPP cohort metros (Dallas, Houston, Miami, Tampa, Orlando) and the WCup 2026 host cities.

CSV export

Export verified passenger inquiries for your matched routes as CSV — keep your CRM and BI in sync without scraping.

Independent + neutral

We are not owned by, funded by, or commercially affiliated with any single OEM or operator. Lead access is the same regardless of aircraft platform.

Free during pre-launch

Operator registration is free through the pre-revenue phase. We only monetize once we are referring booked passengers on live commercial routes.

How registration works

  1. Step 1Create your operator account

Tell us your company type (eVTOL OEM, Part 135 charter, vertiport operator, training, MRO), service regions, aircraft models, and certification stage. Takes ~3 minutes.

  2. Step 2We verify and match

We confirm your corporate email, link any existing public listing in our directory, and match your service regions to verified passenger demand on the platform.

  3. Step 3Open your dashboard

See passenger counts by route, top origin/destination pairs, partner-ready lead-city alerts, and export the underlying inquiries.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the operator portal for?

Any operator that will fly the routes our passengers want — Part 135 helicopter charter operators (BLADE, regional charters), Part 194 / future Powered-Lift eVTOL operators (Joby, Archer, BETA, Wisk, Lilium, EHang, Volocopter and the FAA eIPP cohort), regional air mobility carriers, and vertiport operators. We do not require a fleet — pre-revenue operators preparing for 2026–2028 launch can also claim a profile.

What does the dashboard show me?

City-by-city and route-by-route verified passenger demand: how many people on eVTOL.Travel have requested flights from your service regions, how many have completed double opt-in email verification, the top origin/destination pairs, and the lead-city signal that flags markets crossing the partner-ready threshold.

Is there a cost to register?

Operator registration is free during the pre-launch phase. We monetize through commercial operator partnerships once your routes are live and we are referring booked passengers — never by selling the underlying lead data.

How are leads delivered?

Leads are matched to your registered service regions and aircraft models, then surfaced inside your dashboard. You can also export verified passenger inquiries for your routes as CSV. Email-only delivery is on the roadmap.

How do I claim or correct an existing listing?

If your company is already in our directory and you want to claim it, register an account with your corporate email and we will link the listing. For corrections to public profile copy, email hello@evtol.travel.
