1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the eVTOL.Travel website at evtol.travel (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. About Our Service

eVTOL.Travel is an operator-neutral booking platform for electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) air taxi services. We are not an airline, aircraft manufacturer, or air taxi operator. We provide:

• Route planning and visualization tools for urban air mobility
• A marketplace connecting passengers with eVTOL operators
• Pre-reservation and waitlist services for upcoming air taxi routes
• Educational content and industry information about eVTOL technology
• Flight credits, referral, and rewards programs

We act as an intermediary platform. Actual air taxi services are provided by independent operators subject to their own terms, safety certifications, and regulatory approvals.

3. Pre-Reservations & Waitlist

Our Platform allows you to join waitlists and make pre-reservations for future air taxi services. By doing so, you understand and agree that:

• Pre-reservations are expressions of interest and do not guarantee a booking or seat on any specific flight
• Air taxi service availability depends on regulatory approvals, operator readiness, and infrastructure development
• Launch dates and pricing shown on the Platform are estimates and subject to change
• No payment is collected at the pre-reservation stage — pre-reservations are free and non-binding
• You may cancel your pre-reservation or leave the waitlist at any time

4. User Accounts

When you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Flight Credits & Rewards

We offer a flight credits and rewards program. Terms governing this program:

• Flight credits are earned through platform activities (quests, referrals, engagement) and have no cash value
• Credits may be applied toward future bookings when commercial service launches, subject to operator participation
• We reserve the right to modify the credit earning rates, redemption values, or program structure at any time
• Credits are non-transferable except through the official referral program
• Abuse of the rewards system (fake accounts, fraudulent referrals) will result in credit forfeiture and account termination

6. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to invite others to the Platform using a unique referral code. Both the referrer and the referred user may earn flight credits. Referral credits are subject to verification and may be revoked if we determine the referral was fraudulent or violated these Terms. Self-referrals are not permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, maps, route visualizations, and software — is the property of eVTOL.Travel or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Platform systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Operator Information

Information about eVTOL operators, aircraft specifications, certification status, and launch timelines is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of operator-related information. Operators are independent entities and their services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Travel time estimates, pricing projections, and route information are approximations and should not be relied upon as guarantees.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eVTOL.Travel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eVTOL.Travel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
